Ulrich Laitenberger

I am an Associate Professor at Tilburg University, where I am Academic Lead of the Information Systems section. My research sits at the intersection of economics and information systems — studying how digital markets function and their impact on society, how platforms operate and compete, how firms deploy AI to shape product discovery, content, and labor allocation, and what this means for consumers, workers, and regulators.
